- 4 blancs de poulet
- 200 gr d'épinards
- 60 gr parmesan
- 250 ml crème liquide
- 1/2 oignon
- 2 gousses d'ail
- 200 gr Tomates cerises ou tomates séchées
- 1 càc pesto
- 5O ml de vin blanc Facultatif
- Épices,
- origan ou Herbes de Provence,
- paprika,
- pili-pili
Instructions to make to make Poulet à la Toscane
- Dans une grande poêle ou un wok ajouter un filet d'huile d'olives +/- 3 à 4 càs de l'origan ou herbes de Provence, le paprika, le pili-pili, le sel et le poivre,mélanger le tout et laisser infuser 1 min ou 2 sur un feu moyen pour que les arômes se mélangent
- Ajouter le poulet et le faire +/- 5 minutes de chaque côté.
Retirer le poulet et réserver, perso je le film pour ne pas qu'il sèche - Dans la même poêle ajouter le demi oignon coupé et les 2 gousses d'ail, les faire revenir, quand ils seront translucides, ajouter 1càc de pesto, mélanger.
À ce stade vous pouvez ajouter du vin blanc. - Ajouter les tomates séchées ou tomates cerises coupée en 2, remuer le tout, laisser cuire 2 minutes
- Verser la crème liquide, le parmesan, mélanger le tout ensuite incorporer les épinards
- Quand les épinards ont un peu fondu, ajouter les morceaux de poulet, couvrir,cuisson +/-30 à 40 min, vérifier l'assaisonnement, accompagner de pâtes ou de riz
