- Aprės +/-10min ajouter le coulis de tomate, la moitié de la coriandre ou persil mélanger, laisser mijoter +/- 15min à feu doux,mélanger de en temps.
Facultatif ajouter 300gr de pois chiches déjà cuits,mélanger laisser cuire encore 5 min. - Ajouter de la coriandre fraîche ou persil ciselé au moment de servir.
